About Shlomo Rechnitz

Shlomo Rechnitz is an American entrepreneur and philanthropist whose passion for song runs deep. Shlomo has composed dozens of songs that have taken the Jewish music world by storm. His hit songs include “El Hanaar Hazeh,” and “V’Haareinu,” both of which have become popular songs on the Jewish music circuit – sung frequently at weddings and other occasions. His compositions have been sung by Jewish music sensations such as Avraham Fried, Mordechai Ben David and many others. In his three albums, the Shir collection, Rechnitz lends each song on his album to another singer who he deems to be a natural fit to sing the melody and its accompanying lyrics. The albums have consistently topped Jewish music charts in the United States and Israel alike. 


